Final Report Instructions
The PI for each project funded by HSR&D is responsible for submitting a Final Report when the project has ended. The Final Report is due 90 days after the project end date. Note — new instructions go into effect for projects with end dates of 1/1/2011 and later.
Projects ending 1/1/2011 or later must follow Final Report Instructions - Projects Ending 1-1-2011 or later
Final Reports are submitted using the ART Website. The full Final Report is available to HSR&D Central Office staff, the PI and the Center AO on the ART web site. The Final Report abstracts are published on the HSR&D Website under Completed
