Dr. Peter Kaboli is Chief of Medicine at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System and Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. Dr. Kaboli has a background in Epidemiology. His research interests include rural health, healthcare access, inpatient medical care quality, development of valid methods for measuring medication appropriateness, and interventions to optimize medication delivery to vulnerable Veteran populations.
