Dr. Todd Wagner is the Associate Director of the Center of Innovation to Implementation (Ci2i) at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. He is a health economist and his primary position is with the Health Economics Resource Center also at the VA Palo Alto. He is also a Consulting Associate Professor for the Department of Health Research and Policy at Stanford University. His primary research interests include consumer health information, the cost of Institutional Review Boards, and second medical opinions.
