Description: This webinar will describe the VA data sources used by the Measurement Science QUERI to evaluate the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation and Maintenance (RE-AIM) of the Office of Rural Health’s TeleSleep Enterprise Wide Initiative between 2017 and 2020. The goal of the ORH TeleSleep Enterprise Wide Initiative is to improve access to care for Veterans with obstructive sleep apnea by expanding telehealth services and home sleep apnea testing at over 90 VA facilities (16 hubs and 75 spokes). Intended audience: VA employees who use VA data to support the implementation and evaluation of clinical initiatives.
