Description: Abstract: In this multisite RCT, the presenters compared Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) to gold standard PTSD treatment, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), in women Veterans with MST-related PTSD. Both interventions resulted in clinically and statistically significant improvement in PTSD symptoms, with no significant differences in outcomes between TCTSY and CPT 3-months post-intervention. Detailed PTSD outcomes, including symptom trajectories, treatment completion, and clinical and research implications of the study results will be presented.

Target audience: This presentation is geared toward HSRD, CIH, and PTSD researchers and policy makers and the clinicians who treat women Veterans with PTSD.
