Description: Dr. Wiltsey Stirman will discuss recent work to expand a 2013 framework and coding system for adaptations and modification. An updated framework that includes additional dimensions for reporting will be presented. The presentation will include discussion of the adaptation process and the relationship between fidelity, adaptations, and key implementation outcomes. Intended audience: implementation researchers and individuals who are involved in projects that involve implementing and adapting evidence-based interventions into routine practice or community settings.
