Description: This Cyberseminar will briefly review the evidence for use of acupuncture in acute care settings, followed by review of two randomized trials and two practice based research studies in greater detail. The Cyberseminar will conclude with a question and answer session. Intended audience: Individuals who provide direct patient care (physicians, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and psychologists), administrators, pain specialists and Whole Health practitioners (chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, meditation trainers and yoga therapists).
