Description: Because implementation strategies involve organizational interventions, there are major challenges in meeting the traditionally accepted levels of statistical power in implementation trials. In addition, organizations and communities are often averse to withholding interventions that have been demonstrated to have beneficial effect. This presentation will discuss some design strategies for conducting large scale implementation evaluations.
