Experiences applying the Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change (ERIC) Strategies Across Seven Large Cooperatives
Dr. Cynthia Perry and Laura Damschroder will present their work related to the AHRQ-funded ESCALATES National Evaluation of seven large cooperatives who used implementation strategies to encourage use of evidence-based practices to reduce cardiovascular risk among primary care patients. Reading the following article will be helpful, but not necessary prior to this session. Findings, including recommendations for refinements to the ERIC list of implementation strategies will be presented.
