Event Description Experiences applying the Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change (ERIC) Strategies Across Seven Large Cooperatives Dr. Cynthia Perry and Laura Damschroder will present their work related to the AHRQ-funded ESCALATES National Evaluation of seven large cooperatives who used implementation strategies to encourage use of evidence-based practices to reduce cardiovascular risk among primary care patients. Reading the following article will be helpful, but not necessary prior to this session.
