There is a suggested combined 350-word limit for the abstract fields for Workshop, Oral, or Poster submissions.

Our study team is interested in submitting an abstract for the HSR&D/QUERI National Meeting. Is it acceptable to submit abstracts on research that has been previously presented?
Yes, it's fine to submit work that has already been presented.
Work that has already been published or accepted for publication IS NOT eligible for submission. Work that is “under review” but not yet accepted at the time of the submission deadline IS eligible for submission.
I have agreed to participate in a panel. I am not the lead author. Can I still submit two abstracts for an oral presentation and/or poster where I am the lead author?
Yes. You can be associated with multiple abstracts, however you can only be a lead author for up to two oral and/or poster submissions.
Can I include more than three authors in my workshop submission?
A maximum of three authors is allowed.
Is it possible that to submit an abstract after the March 4, 2019 deadline?
No.

Are travel funds provided for a lead presenter of an accepted abstract if the individual holds a WOC appointment and is not a VA employee at a center?
Yes, travel funds will be provided for any approved presenter, regardless of VA employment status.
