BACKGROUND/RATIONALE:
There are serious issues regarding resident supervision and a lack of understanding and implementation of VA Clinical Guidelines. OBJECTIVE(S): This study is designed to develop a protocol to test new educational innovations to train residents in the use of clinical guidelines. METHODS: Literature review, conducting pilot studies testing feasibility of data collection instruments, and preparation of proposals for submission for peer-reviewed funding. FINDINGS/RESULTS: none.
