Dr. Heather Gilmartin, investigator and nurse scientist at the Denver/Seattle Center of Innovation in Denver, Colorado, talks with her colleague Dr. Cathy Battaglia, Director of the Denver Research and Education Mentor Program about the Denver HSRandD Post-doctoral Fellowship program and the role of mentorship in developing the next generation of HSRandD investigators.
