Description: Results will be presented from a clinical demonstration of DPP in three VA medical centers including clinical (weight) and implementation (e.g., fidelity). This was a multi-faceted partnered evaluation; the challenges and tremendous value of conducting this combined QI/research partnered project will be highlighted. Intended audience: Researchers, clinicians, and anyone interested in Diabetes prevention and/or QI/research partnered projects.
