VETWISE-LHS is a Center of Innovation (COIN) committed to advancing the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) into a Learning Health System (LHS), where research and clinical care inform one another to continuously improve the healthcare experience for Veterans. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, VETWISE-LHS is focused on providing personalized, evidence-based care that meets the unique needs of Veterans, using a system of innovation and data-driven research.
