Facilitating Quality Improvement at the Frontlines: Lessons Learned from a National Program

Description: This second of two related but independent sessions will focus on hurdles and facilitators encountered in a national implementation of a frontline quality improvement program in VA Community Living Centers (CLCs, i.e., nursing homes). We will discuss the evolution from grants to national rollout and current program, engaging listeners in a conversation about the surprises, setbacks, and successes of this ongoing work. Intended audience: all those interested in research and quality improvement at the frontlines of care, including clinicians, researchers, and policy makers.
