Moral Injury and Killing in Combat Veterans: Research and Clinical Implications

Description: In this presentation we will provide the background for studying moral injury and the impact of killing; we will present data from focus groups on the impact of killing as well as data from a recently completed randomized, controlled pilot trial related to moral injury. Clinical implications of these findings will be discussed. This presentation is appropriate for researchers and clinicians who are interested in learning more about recent research in moral injury and how findings may impact clinical work.
