In this presentation, learn about the PCAS 2.0 sub-population filters, risk identifiers, care planning tasks and reminders, and a wide variety of VA and non-VA care. In addition, CAN is a foundational component of PCAS, giving providers a quick way to identify some of their highest risk patients.
