Presenters will discuss findings of the descriptive analysis of key characteristics in target Veteran populations typically impacted by disparities in health and health care, and consider how these findings can serve as a foundation to inform efforts to integrate health equity into practice, policy, education and research. Target audience: Researchers, clinicians, policy makers, educators, stakeholders and representatives/advocates for vulnerable Veteran groups who are interested in understanding and/or promoting equitable health among all Veterans.
