Description: Dr. Stockdale will describe the EBQI approach to PACT implementation introduced in 3 VISN 22 Healthcare Systems. Dr. Meredith will present findings from the longitudinal analyses to test the impact of a multi-level EBQI-PACT on primary care provider and staff emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction compared with standard PACT. Dr. Yoon will present results demonstrating the impact of EBQI-PACT on different types of health care utilization. Intended audience: VA primary care providers, researchers and administrators responsible for implementing practice redesign in primary care.
