Description: This presentation will present findings for high-reliability attributes identified within a stratified sample of high and low performing PACT clinical sites across VHA. These attributes are considered in the context of PACT implementation and their relationship to the PACT Implementation Index (PI2) Score. Recommendations will focus on strategies VHA medical centers and facilities can utilize to increase use of high-reliability attributes and infrastructure to support effective and efficient PACT implementation. Intended audience: Primary Care Administrators and Managers, PACT clinical staff, and System Redesign Staff and Quality Improvement researchers.
