Description: This CyberSeminar is designed to share results from the Disparities In Satisfaction with Care (DISC) study which is designed to explore racial, ethnic and gender disparities in satisfaction with care. This mixed methods study involving interviews with over 1,000 Veterans nationwide includes information on areas of satisfaction, dissatisfaction in 16 domains of care and also trust in the VA. This Cyberseminar is intended for a general audience for those interested in learning more about Veteran satisfaction and their trust in the VA healthcare system.
