They will outline how they partnered with VA operations and policy leaders on multifaceted clinical practice and policy initiatives to impact follow-up of diagnostic test results, including addressing CPRS-based electronic notifications (i.e. View Alerts). This team was recently awarded the 2016 VA Health Services Research and Development Health System Impact Award. Dr. Amy Kilbourne, Director of QUERI and Acting Director of HSR&D, will provide a brief introduction for Dr. Hardeep. Intended audience: Aimed for a broad audience: All VA staff, researchers and others interested in quality, patient safety, policy and informatics.
