Description: This presentation will describe work by the PACT Demonstration Laboratory Initiative (DLI) Patient Engagement Workgroup to address the question of how VHA might improve alignment of the patient's goals with those of PACT teamlets. Current VHA patient and family engagement efforts will be described, followed by workgroup recommendations. The intended audience includes PACT team members and leaders, researchers, and others interested in improving patient engagement.
