Description: We will provide an overview of Evidence-based Quality Improvement, examples of how the approach has been used to improve quality in VA primary care settings, and the benefits and challenges associated with the approach. Presenters will discuss results from evaluation studies of EBQI implementation in practice, and outcomes that have been observed in settings that have used it. Intended audience: This session will be of interest to VA researchers and administrators interested in applying an EBQI approach to quality improvement.
