Description: The benefits and limitations of the VA REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) system will be highlighted. Examples of how VIReC’s VA REDCap Support team have used the VA REDCap system to support the help desk and educational efforts will be provided, along with how to obtain training and support for VA REDCap. Intended audience: anyone who needs to conduct primary data collection to support a research or quality improvement project at the VA.
