Description: The goal of VA’s Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI) is to improve Veteran health by accelerating the adoption of research findings in routine care. This presentation will provide an overview of the QUERI Implementation Roadmap, updated from its original pipeline to provide a comprehensive approach to more rapidly implement effective interventions into routine care. The Roadmap is a tool that can support VHA strategic efforts to support a learning health system through the scale-up, spread, and sustainability of effective policies and practices to address the highest-priority needs of Veterans. Intended audience: implementation and clinical researchers, and VA clinical providers and operational leaders involved in research or quality improvement initiatives.
