Description: This presentation will summarize work from an operations project comparing utilization and cost data in OT and PT Services in the VA and purchased in the community through the Veteran’s CHOICE program. We will summarize data from FY 15 and 16 on demographics of CHOICE and VA patients, the numbers of patients, authorizations, and encounters and estimates of direct, indirect, and total cost at the National and Station level. Intended audience: VHA providers, policy makers and health services researchers.
