Description: A panel of three presenters will discuss how ethnography can be used as a catalyst for innovation in implementation science. Dr. Reisinger will present on assembling consensus through clinical workflows by using rapid ethnographic assessment for successful external facilitation. Dr. McCullough will discuss her experiences with implementation science, context and ethnography---using insights from complex interventions in clinical pharmacy practice. Dr. Martin will discuss using “periodic reflections” to evaluate a facilitation strategy to implement video telehealth to home for rural Veterans.
