Description: We are studying facilitation within a hybrid-type 2 pragmatic effectiveness-implementation trial of Tele-PCMHI in rural CBOCs. In this seminar I will describe the overall project and then focus upon the methods we are using to not only study implementation facilitation activities but to also meet other study goals (e.g., conduct formative evaluation with reduced burden upon study sites; evaluate a dual-facilitator approach; examine the processes of learning facilitation and mentoring new facilitators; and track real-time adaptations of PCMHI provided via telehealth in small rural clinic settings). Intended audience: implementation scientists but may also be of interest to clinicians, staff, or leadership interested in integrating mental/behavioral health services (or other specialty care) into smaller clinic settings via telehealth.
