Megan Ellis Price, MS
Seminar date: 7/17/2019
Description: We find that shorter average primary care follow-up times are associated with better satisfaction with access for patients needing urgent or routine care. We find strong effects at the higher end of the follow-up time distribution.
Intended audience: Medical center managers, practitioners and researchers focused on access to care.
