Stellate Ganglion Block for the Treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Symptoms - A New Treatment Option

Description: Kristine will describe a recent randomized controlled trial evaluating the effectiveness of Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) in treating symptoms of PTSD. Details of the study’s methodology will be presented, along with findings. In addition, illustrative quotations from study participants regarding the acceptability of SGB as a treatment for PTSD symptoms will be presented. Intended audience: Physicians and behavioral health providers with an interest in the treatment of PTSD symptoms.
