Chart Abstraction on VINCI: Tools and Services

Description: The presentation will focus on VINCI annotation services, an overview of chart abstraction terms and methodology, chart abstraction tools, and the ChartReview annotation tool. ChartReview annotation tool is a manual, multi-level annotation tool permitting annotation of both structured and unstructured information from the patient medical record. Intended Audience: Researchers and research study teams interested in conducting a chart abstraction project within VINCI.
