Description: The COVID-19 pandemic has required many VA HSR&D researchers and staff to work remotely to decrease the spread of the virus. This survey study, conducted in August 2020, collected the experience and barriers to remote work from 400+ VA HSR&D researchers and staff. Strategies implemented to support engagement and productivity were shared. This session will report preliminary findings and provide a forum for the sharing of ideas to support remote work for VA HSR&D teams over the coming year.
