DaVINCI: COVID-19 and COVID-19 Testing in DoD and VA Population

Description: This presentation will cover techniques for analyzing COVID-19 data in OMOP and key Source tables. Wendy will focus on COVID-19 lab testing and vaccine data. Code sets for finding the data will be presented alongside nuances and tips for analyzing the data properly. Objectives: 1) Provide an overview on ICD-10 diagnosis codes and procedure codes used to identify patients with COVID-19 as well as vaccinations. 2) Highlight key OMOP tables (e.g., diagnosis, measurement, etc.) that are used to identify patients with COVID-19. 3) Describe OMOP queries and results This presentation will cover techniques for analyzing COVID-19 data in OMOP and key Source tables.
