The VOICE Project: Building Dialogue to Improve the VHA Work Experience

Description: In November 2021 we launched the VOICE (Voice of Influential Care Employees) project, which has the primary objective of developing an ongoing dialogue between leaders and front-line employees concerning work experiences in primary care. This project includes short surveys conducted every 2 months with summaries and leader responses shared back with participants and with various leadership groups. This seminar will describe the project, overview findings, and share lessons learned during the initial year. Audience: Leaders and front-line employees interested in understanding and improving the VHA work experience.
