Description: Sexual and gender-based harassment compromise women Veterans’ access to VA healthcare. This seminar uses national data collected by the VA Women’s Health Practice-Based Research Network from 2017-2022 to examine harassment prevalence, perpetrators of harassment, women Veterans’ perceptions of safety, and staff intervention in harassment at VA. Discussion includes current efforts and future plans to understand, prevent, and address harassment at VA.
