Progressive Tinnitus Management: An Interdisciplinary Approach

Description: Progressive Tinnitus Management (PTM) is a comprehensive tinnitus management program involving five stepped-levels of clinical care: (1) Triage; (2) Audiologic Evaluation; (3) Skills Education; (4) Interdisciplinary Evaluation; (5) Individualized Support. The PTM interdisciplinary tinnitus management team should consist of, minimally, an audiologist, a psychologist, and a physician who specializes in ear-related disorders (otolaryngologist, otologist/neurotologist, oto-neurologist, etc.). For this webinar, an overview of PTM will be provided, focusing on the interdisciplinary aspect of the program. Intended audience: audiologists, mental health providers, physicians.
