Description: This Cyberseminar will cover current cognitive-behavioral treatments for insomnia in the VA and future directions for the dissemination and implementation of CBTI and related-interventions. It will also highlight issues of deployment-related insomnia and Veterans with comorbid mTBI and insomnia. The target audience are VA clinicians in Primary Care and Behavioral Health/Mental Health settings, although clinicians from any discipline who treat Veterans with insomnia may benefit. Level of material will be introductory to intermediate.
