Description: Dr. Blome will present an overview of NIH’s policy on including women and racial/ethnic minorities in clinical trials research. She will also discuss the forthcoming new policy designed to ensure that preclinical research, involving cells and animals, considers both males and females. Dr. Frayne will provide comments and be available for Q&A with the audience. This presentation is designed for biomedical research program and grants staff, and those with an interest in either women’s health research or science policy.
