Symptom Management for PTSD: Mantram Repetition Program Randomized Clinical Trial Results

Description: This presentation will highlight the results of two VA-funded randomized clinical trials on the effects of a spiritually-integrated, mindful intervention—the Mantram Repetition Program—on symptoms of PTSD in Veterans. In the first study, the Mantram was delivered in groups as an adjunct to case management compared to case management alone. In the second study, Mantram was delivered individually as a “stand-alone” treatment compared to Present Centered Therapy.
