This document is a resource for researchers interested in studying Veterans' enrollment in Medicare and Medicaid. The tables below include counts of Veterans who were enrolled in VHA in fiscal year 2012 (FY12). Veterans were classified into four distinct groups based on their FY12 enrollment: (1) enrolled in VHA only; (2) enrolled in VHA and Medicare; (3) enrolled in VHA and Medicaid; (4) enrolled in VHA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
