Abstract:

The presentation will describe the use of the VISN 21 Pharmacy Dashboard to monitor and intervene to improve medication safety. A description of a planned decision support feature will be provided. Objectives: 1)To understand the main features of the VISN 21 Pharmacy Dashboard for Medication Safety 2)To understand the interventions used by facilities to improve medication safety using the Dashboard 3)To understand the goals of the decision support tool to be added to the Dashboard
