Abstract:

This session reviews the progress of a public/private initiative in Illinois, a state slow to adopt assisted living policy, to demonstrate and evaluate three models of supported congregate living arrangements for older persons of low and moderate income. Funding for the services is provided by the Illinois Department of Aging Community Care Program (CCP).
