Abstract:

The purpose of this Data Alert is to make you aware that duplicate prosthetics encounters (Stop Code = 423) were erroneously entered into the Medical SAS outpatient datasets from 4/14/08 through 6/13/08. The duplicate prosthetics encounters all originated at Tuscaloosa (Station 679). The specific datasets affected are MDPPRD.MDP.SAS.SE08(0), MDPPRD.MDP.SAS.SF08(0), and MDPPRD.MDP.SAS.IE09(0).
