Abstract:

Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders are common in patients hospitalized with acute ischemic stroke. Our objectives were to describe factors associated with DNR orders in hospitalized ischemic stroke patients, and to assess the relationship between DNR orders and quality of stroke care in the VHA.
