Abstract:

If rehabilitation combined with subacute care impacts long term clinical outcomes significantly, the benefit in terms of patient and family adjustment may be considerable. The current study is an essential first step in conducting such analysis. A myriad of nonclinical correlates may also influence the rehabilitation process.
