Description: A critical component of a learning healthcare system such as Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is adapting care delivery models to meet the needs of Veterans in the face of changing priorities and expectations for care. This Think Tank focused on the questions of how, and in what ways, to leverage VHA’s existing telehealth infrastructure, operations partners, and research knowledge to improve health care delivery using virtual care methods. In the Cyberseminar presenters will discuss ideas and results generated during the Think Tank on December 16th, 2019. Intended Audience: Stakeholders such as operations partners, clinicians, researchers, administration, and Veterans who design, implement, evaluate, or engage in virtual care.
