Description: The delivery of mental health services directly to patients’ homes via VA Video Connect (VVC) increases access to care for patients facing barriers to attending in-person appointments. Our team developed an implementation strategy, Personalized Implementation for Video Telehealth (PIVOT), to flexibly respond to contextual factors impacting VVC adoption across a variety of mental health clinics. Evaluation of multiple variables including both quantitative metrics and patient and provider experiences is key to demonstrating the breadth and depth of VVC implementation. Intended audience includes providers, clinical leadership and policy makers.
