Description: In this Cyberseminar Dr. Winchester will present data from Aim 1 of his Career Development Award, which investigates contributing factors and rationales that front-line clinicians report when ordering noninvasive imaging tests. Themes to be explored include factors contributing to unnecessary imaging, reflections on how unnecessary imaging affects the health care system, factors unique to the VA system, and opinions regarding decision support software to reduce unnecessary imaging. Intended Audience: Health services researchers and clinicians, and those interested in factors surrounding low-value imaging.
