Description: We will discuss the 4-year evaluation of the Hepatitis C Innovation Team (HIT) Collaborative, a national VA quality improvement effort to expand hepatitis C treatment access. To conduct this evaluation we assessed implementation strategies nationally and then used novel analytics to understand the strategies associated with site-level performance.
